T-Movement has been created by Alex Hynes who is a qualfiied tennis coach, he’s a highly educated and experienced strength and conditioning coaching and he has worked with some of the best tennis players in the world (Junior and Elite). He has comboned these area of expertise and developed a method of coaching which take into account he way the body functions and the technique an taactics of the game.
Alex has worked with numerous top 100 WTA and ATP players including John Millman, James Duckworth, Nick Kygrios and Ajla Tomjlanovic. He has worked with numerous junior National Champions and International Representatives. These include 3 Junior Grand Slam winners and numerous top 100 juniors ITF Junior players. Alex has spent time working with every level of player, from recreation players to the elite! He understands what is required for all ages and level of players.
